Boswell’s Wings
Boswell’s Wings is a local family restaurant offering barbecue, smoked wings, smoked burgers, and classic sides that will remind you of growing up in the Southeast. Stories from our Great Great Grandfather Henry Champion have been passed down to each generation of the Champion family.
Our Spirit of St. Louis Ribs are slow smoked over natural woods using our family's famous Champion's Dry Rub seasoning. Then we finish them off with our homemade southern glaze. Each rib is guaranteed to taste like another!
